• UK, Ireland, France, Belgium – Applications Open September 25th, Applications Close no later than December 6th 2019. (with the exception of MELE UK and France which will close on 7th January 2020, MFLE France which will close at the end of January 2020 and MLE France which will close no later than end of February 2020)
• South Africa – Applications Closed January 30th 2020.
• Germany, Netherlands, Austria (representing Austrian market and Balkans Baltics & Adriatic region), Switzerland, Italy, Ukraine, Spain, Greece and Lithuania – Applications Open February 1st 2020, Applications Close no later than April 30th 2020.
• Poland – Applications Open February 17th 2020, Applications Close no later than April 30th 2020.
• Saudi Arabia - Applications Open March 1st 2020, Application Close no later than 29th May 2020.
